 Call Center Sales Manager: As a Call Center Sales Manager you will be helping develop our Inbound Sales Call Center. You will be an important part of our talented sales and marketing team.
Your primary goals will include:
• Conducting telephone sales presentations to prospective buyers seeking to purchase our product and service. Inbound and Outbound calls but no cold calling.
• Increasing inbound sales-to-call ratios by continually improving phone presentations and tactful ways of overcoming objections.
• Monitoring telephone conversations and completing Sales Performance Evaluations.
• Analyzing customer purchasing trends based on presentation, advertisement and/or promotional package offered.
• Maintaining company's monthly sales growth of 10% in first 12 months.
• Developing a plan to improve monthly sales growth to 12% within 24 months.
• Maintaining annual churn ratio at 3% for first year and implementing a plan for reducing annual churn to 2.5% by the end of year two.
• Developing and managing an efficient Call Center metrics program.
• Utilize Call Center metrics/ reports to improve sales performance.
• Helping in training new salespeople and assisting in recruitment of top career candidates.
Additionally, future goals will be helping develop new sales projects and new product lines.
You will be given much creative freedom in order to build our successful Home and Small Business Security campaign! The successful candidate for this position will be a person that enjoys sales process while at the same time likes to create and improve sales production.
